Chris is working since 2007 for Chevron Corporation in Houston, Texas. His interests range from comprehendingthe spatial and temporal development of plate boundary structures toinvestigating the actual conception of plate boundaries. In a multi-disciplinary approach he was investigating these problems including 2-D and 3-D seismic data, field geology, analysis of geomorphic expressions of active tectonism, micro-seismicity, with a little remotesensing thrown in to confuse it all. Additionally, I love funk music.

Research topics:

     California: San Joaquin basin
     Critical taper wedge mechanics
